In addition to our dessert products, Kaspa’s Desserts offers gift vouchers, which can be purchased through our app and at our local stores. Please note the following conditions regarding our gift cards:
I. Non-Resalable and Non-Exchangeable:
Gift cards must not be resold and cannot be exchanged for cash. This policy ensures that the gift cards retain their intended value and use.
II. Usage and Balance:
No change or refund will be provided for purchases made with gift cards. However, any remaining balance on the card can be used for future purchases. This balance can be applied only to eat-in or takeaway purchases at our locations and cannot be used through our delivery partners or the Kaspa’s app.
III. Loss or Theft:
Unfortunately, we cannot replace any lost or stolen gift cards. We recommend treating the gift card like cash to avoid any inconvenience.
IV. Expiration:
All gift cards will expire 12 months after the purchase date. Any remaining balance on the card after this period will not be refunded, so please use the card within the validity period.
V. Amendments and Discontinuation:
Kaspa’s Desserts reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or discontinue the gift card program at any time. We strive to keep our policies up-to-date and may make changes as necessary.
VI. Purchase Limits:
The minimum amount required to purchase a gift card is £10, and the maximum card value is £100. This range allows flexibility for various gifting needs.
VII. Disclaimer of Warranties:
