SWEET MOMENTS, SHARED - GUESS AND WIN £50 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This campaign invites customers to guess the upcoming new item on Kaspa’s Desserts menu. One customer who correctly guesses the new item will win a £50 voucher redeemable in the Kaspa’s Desserts app.
Participation is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Kaspa’s Desserts or associated franchisees are not eligible to enter.
To participate, customers must submit their guess via Kaspa’s Desserts official social media post for the campaign, in the comments section.
If multiple correct guesses are submitted, one winner will be selected at random from those entries.
The prize consists of a £50 voucher, redeemable only in the Kaspa’s Desserts app. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The campaign will run from 6th Nov 2024 to 10th Nov 2024. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
The winner will be contacted directly via the platform they entered on within 7 days of the campaign end date. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Kaspa’s Desserts reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The voucher will be credited to the winner’s Kaspa’s Desserts app account within 7 days of claiming the prize and is subject to app usage terms. The voucher must be redeemed within 6 months of issuance.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or voucher.
By participating, customers agree that Kaspa’s Desserts may use any content related to their campaign entry for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes, across various channels including social media, website, email marketing, and in-store displays.
Kaspa’s Desserts reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or at its discretion.
